Produced and perfected on the Alentejo plains of Herdade de Alcobaça, Ouro d’ Elvas olive oil is created through rigorous selection of the best, clean, quality olives picked at the ideal time of peak maturity.

Nothing is left to chance here. Our olive trees are treated with dedication, and olives are immediately transported to the press after they are picked.

At the press, olives are squeezed using the best extraction technologies, ensuring that the olive oil maintains all of its original purity, aroma and flavour.
